Today's Challenge:
Notice your self-talk today. Each time you catch yourself being critical, pause and gently replace it with something kind—even if it feels unfamiliar.
Write down 3 things you’ve recently judged yourself for. Under each one, reframe it lovingly—as if speaking to someone you adore.
Stand in the mirror, place a hand on your heart, and say: “You’re doing your best. I see you. I love you.”
Repeat until your inner critic begins to soften.
