DAY 8
- Permission to Speak
Your Truth -
You were never too much. You were just surrounded by people who couldn’t hold the fullness of your light.
In this video, Jenn shares what happens when women who were once punished for their truth begin to reclaim it—clearing trauma, releasing fear, and stepping into full, unapologetic authenticity.
“You don’t need permission to be yourself—but if you do, here it is.”

Today's Self-Love Invitation:
(Let this be soft. These are simply invitations. →)
-
Write down one truth you’ve been swallowing—something you’ve been too afraid to say. Then read it aloud to yourself with love, not judgment.
-
Use your voice today. Speak a boundary. Say no. Share your honest opinion. Let yourself be felt.
-
In the mirror or in a whisper, say:
“I am not here to be palatable. I am here to be real.” Let the words sink into your cells.
This is Day 8...
And you are remembering
who you are.
“If your truth ever made someone uncomfortable, that’s not your fault. It’s your power. You don’t need to shrink—you just need to remember.”

He does things for me that I don’t think I deserve—yet.
“There’s been a few times when we’ve been out and I’m looking at something and talking about how much longer I think I need to wait to get it. Usually I can take it in when he tells me that now is the right time to get it, but if I can’t bring myself to he’ll say, “You’ve worked hard for that, if you’re not comfortable getting it for yourself, I’ll get it for you - but I think you’ll appreciate it more if you give yourself the validation.” I don’t actually want to be spoiled, being validated like that feels so much more powerful and it’s helped heal the part of me that feels undeserving.”
“It’s not very often that I see Jenn get stuck on something like this, so it surprises me when it happens. I love getting her things she loves, but a few times there’s been something she’s wanted to get herself, and something stopped her. I just see it as a temporary sticking point in her process of Self-Love and I feel like I’d be letting her down if I didn’t remind her of her commitment to treat herself as special as she has the right to be."
