DAY 9
- You Are Worthy of Love -
You don’t have to wait for someone else to spoil you. Self-love isn’t always loud—it’s the quiet decision to treat yourself like you matter.
In this video, Jenn and Graham share the everyday rituals that helped them raise their standards—by first choosing themselves. Whether it’s the sheets you sleep on or the way you take your coffee, how you love yourself sets the tone for everything else.
“The way you treat yourself teaches the world how to love you.”

Today's Self-Love Invitation:
(Let this be soft. These are simply invitations. →)
-
Make a list of the ways you distract or numb yourself when you’re lonely.
Then ask: “What am I actually craving underneath this?” -
Write yourself a permission slip:
“I’m allowed to invest in my well-being. I’m allowed to receive comfort, beauty, and care—on purpose.” -
Choose one way to offer yourself real self-care today. Maybe it’s a gorgeous meal. Maybe it’s that $2,000 duvet energy. It doesn’t have to cost a thing—but it has to feel like love.
This is Day 9...
And you’re treating yourself
like you matter.
“When you start loving yourself on purpose, you stop mistaking scraps for love. You raise your standards—without saying a word.”

Every word he says, I believe.
“You know what’s wild? When he says something kind to me, I actually receive it. Because he never says it just to flatter or defuse. Compliments from him don’t feel like filler—they feel like truth. So when he tells me I’m stunning or brave or sexy, my whole body believes him.”
“I don’t feel like I compliment Jenn, I simply report what I’m seeing so she knows what it looks like from the outside. Because she’s never stopped growing or her practice of Self Love she sometimes doesn’t realize how much more remarkable she’s become. I don’t think I could stop myself from sharing the growth I see - it’s the best part of being in a relationship with a woman who never stopped loving herself.”
