The Sex That Opened My Soul

Something happened between Graham and I after we recorded our video 'No fights, just hot make up sex!' a few years ago.

The connection between us became stronger, the conversations became deeper and the sex grew to an incredible, mind blowing, ridiculous, like 'What the fuck is happening?' It's a whole new level!

I have been reflecting on this a lot. What shifted and why? I can feel the importance of what happened between us. I have been working on articulating it so I can share it and teach it. Here are the words that have been coming into my awareness......

TRUST
SAFETY
VULNERABILITY
HOLDING SPACE
CONSCIOUS COMMUNICATION

* My ability to hold space for myself has created a new level of trust that Graham feels towards me. This trust allows him to hold a bigger and bigger space for me.

* The more space I give Graham and the better my ability to lean back becomes the quicker he steps towards me in our space.

* The less judgement I put on self about what I'm feeling and what I need the more attractive my energy feels to myself and to Graham.

* The more I love myself, take care of myself, ask for what I need, put myself first and feel, without judgement, every single emotion that is running through my body the more balanced and inflow I become. Self-love self-love self-love self-love.

It truly is the beautiful dance of being fully expressive and in my feminine while feeling completely safe and trustworthy within my own space. It's understanding what to bring into the space with Graham and what I need to process in my own space.

Vulnerability, opening my heart space and dropping into my feminine is much more powerful than my righteous anger.
