All digital products have a 30 day no-risk guarantee. 100% of your purchase price or subscription payments will be refunded if you contact us within 30 days of a payment requesting refund. To cancel or request a refund, email whatevolvedwomenw[email protected]. Once cancelled you will no longer have access to any of the online materials associated with the course or product.
Subscriptions will be cancelled at the end of the billing cycle you are in. ie. If you cancel Sept 15 and your last payment was Aug 30 you will have access until Sept 30 at which time your access will stop and no more payments will be charged.
Payment plans are NOT subscriptions. If you have signed up for a course using a payment plan, you have 30 days to cancel. If circumstances are such that you need to pause payments until you're ready to continue, your course will be placed on pause and you will be unable to participate in any online, in person or social media associated with What Evolved Women Want until such a time as payments begin again.
It is your responsibility to read and understand our cancellation policy before making a reservation for a retreat or in-person training.
Naturally, no one books with the intention of cancelling or postponing their retreat or training, but unexpected things do happen, so please purchase travel cancellation insurance once you have made your reservation. Depending on the policy and conditions, travel cancellation insurance will pay for some or all cancellation fees.
With most agencies, insurance must be purchased within 14 days of making your reservation.
GUEST CANCELLATION POLICY
If you cancel your trip, Incredible Potential Inc. does not offer refunds for any reason. A portion of your payment may be used as credit for another retreat or training to be taken within two years of your original retreat date.
Depending on when you cancel, cancellation penalties may apply.

Exceptions to our policy cannot be made for any reason. We do not offer credit for a guest arriving late or leaving early.
INCREDIBLE POTENTIAL RETREAT OR TRAINING CANCELLATION POLICY
While we do not foresee that we'd ever have to cancel an event, if we must cancel a booked retreat or training date for any reason, you may transfer your full payment to another retreat or in-person training, or you may request a refund of your payment to us, constituting a full settlement.
Incredible Potential is not responsible for your expenses incurred in preparation for any cancelled retreat or training, such as airline tickets, loss of work, and/or other costs associated with preparing for your trip.
